Because we manufacture stainless-steel as well as ferritic tanks, we are perfectly equipped for manufacturing complete feed water degassing systems. We offer the degassing dome as well as the feed water tank from a single source. Our technology allows us to perform pressure testing of the complete unit.

Send us your specifications, and we will gladly design the wall thicknesses according to AD2000 or EN13445.

Upon request, we can also deliver your feed water degassing system completely insulated, with the fittings pre-installed.

We process all of the common materials used in boiler construction. In addition to working with carbon steel, we can also retool our manufacturing workstations for stainless steel and make all of our tanks in stainless steel for you. We process materials such as

In addition, all of our tanks can be made from equivalent ASME materials (e.g. SA516 Gr. 60).

A major advantage of our manufacturing process is the ability to flexibly handle a wide range of wall thicknesses. For instance, our manufacturing range includes a 100-liter tank with a 5-mm-thick wall as well as a large tank with a capacity of 80,000 liters.

Thanks to modern calculation programs, we can determine the necessary wall thicknesses for your pressure tank right away during the bidding phase. That allows us to properly design and precisely calculate the tank parameters according to your wishes during the project phase. We design and calculate all pressure tanks according to the AD2000 code or EN 13445.

If we are awarded a contract, the drawings we create and our auditable calculations are then submitted to the notified body (e.g. TÜV) and previewed. For our customers, this service is included in the total price of the tank. Like the pressure test, it does not involve any additional costs for you.

All pressure tanks from Eugen Büdenbender GmbH & Co. KG are individually designed, drawn and manufactured. That means you can review every nozzle position and connector size before the start of production, and adjust them to your specifications at the construction site. Because we are a family-run company with a long tradition, you benefit from our flexibility. Do you need to make changes to nozzle positions or add mounting parts such as pipeline holders at short notice, even though the tank is already in production? We always try to fulfill our customers’ requests, and we can make quick changes even during production.

Optional: insulation

We can also deliver tanks with optional insulation. It does not matter to us whether you need soft foam insulation for the interior or mineral wool insulation with a steel jacket for outdoor insulation.
