Fundamental prerequisite for the manufacture of vessels which are subject to acceptance is the HPO and EN 729 / TRD (Technical Regulations for Steam Boilers) 201 approval.
This also includes the welding tests and procedure qualification tests which are constantly monitored by the TÜV authority.
Prior to commencing the production sequence, several operational steps must be observed. These include:
dimensioning of the components with modern design programmes
drawings made under application of the latest CAD systems
compilation of the piece lists
definition of the internal as well as external examination steps
preliminary checks by the respective approval agent
selection of the suppliers
